Shipping Policy
We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please Contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items shipped by USPS. If items are lost in transit please contact us at ennovyclothingco@gmail.com and we will work on locating your package, if it is not located after 15 days from estimated delivery time we will issue a refund for the items purchased.
Shipping Details
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. Once your order is processed, we will ship items through USPS and estimated arrival will be 3-5 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase all items can be returned as long as the condition of the items are still the same as when they shipped. We will not issue refunds if items have any damage such as makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, doghair, cigarette smells, or stains of any kind. We are not responsible for issuing shipping labels for returned items. All returns will need to be shipped by USPS. Refunds for lost or returned items will be issued 3-5 business days after the items are received and inspected for any damages.
